Ric Bucher of ESPN.com is reporting that the Cleveland Cavaliers have decided who they want at the #1 and #4 picks, and neither of them include Enes Kanter.

It seems like a bunch of smoke and mirrors in this NBA Draft, who knows who the Cavaliers will really pick…..they sound like they really don’t know either..
