I REALLY hope im wrong but I take it to mean he’s picking georgetown or syracuse. Everybody expects him to come to UK and it obviously wouldn’t “shock” anyone if he does. It really could mean anything, and it may not even be related to his college choice but if it does, its most likely bad news for UK.
