Kentucky star Otega Oweh sat down with Jeff Goodman and Rob Dauster on The Field of 68 on Tuesday.
Oweh gave an update on the turf toe injury he has been dealing with, saying he expects to be back on the court in two weeks.
He also talked about flirting with the NBA and his decision to return to Lexington for another season.
“Obviously everyone’s goal is to be a lottery…first round pick,” Oweh explained. “I went through that whole process, got great feedback and ultimately I felt like it was better for me to come back. Like I say, NIL is great, we have a great squad and we have something brewing where we can win a national championship. So why not come back?”
