Former Kentucky star Oscar Tshiebwe is headed for restricted free agency this offseason.
The Utah Jazz have decided to not give Tschiebwe a qualifying offer for next season, despite a strong close to last season.
Tshiebwe averaged 7.8 points and 6.6 rebounds for the Jazz last season. He finished the season with 14.0 points and 11.2 boards in his last 5 games.
