The NCAA sent a message to members this afternoon stating that it plans to appeal the federal courts decision to allow class of 2022 athletes to play a fifth season.
“Schools and coaches must make their own independent decisions, but an injunction is intended to be short in duration and the NCAA intends to appeal it on an expedited basis,” the message reads.
In other words, college basketball season tips off in a month and no one really knows what to do.
