Multiple players were ejected for both Kansas and Wichita State during the first half of tonight’s TBT quarterfinals.
Both teams are down to six players each for the rest of the game and it’ll be interesting to see how TBT handles ejections in the next round. In total, eight players were ejected, including Mario Chalmers for Kansas.
The winner of tonight’s game will play La Familia for the alumni championship and a spot in the $2 million overall title game.
It's getting spicy in the Roundhouse.
Here is the tailend of the fracas that began with Rashard Kelly and Mario Chalmers, followed by a lengthy conversation by the refs with TBT officials.
End result: Kelly/Chalmers ejected, plus everyone who left bench. It's 6v6 rest of game. pic.twitter.com/YoFoIXFVIO
