The La Familia alumni team has added former Kentucky guard Quade Green to the roster for the upcoming TBT tournament.
Green played in 43 games for Kentucky before finishing up his college career at Washington. Since college he has enjoyed a five-year professional career in the NBA G League, Venezuela, Scotland, Kosovo, Mexico and China.

LEXINGTON (July 7, 2026) – La Familia, the Kentucky alumni team, today announced that Quade Green will join the team this summer for their best-of-three series against The Ville (Louisville alumni).
Green joins Andrew Harrison, Kahlil Whitney, Willie Cauley-Stein, Reid Travis, and Archie Goodwin as the team’s first six commitments. Additional players will be announced in the coming weeks.
A McDonald’s All-American in 2017, Green played at Kentucky from 2017-19. Green appeared in 43 career games with the Wildcats, including 13 starts. He transferred to the University of Washington for his final two seasons of eligibility.
A five-year pro, the 28-year-old Green has played in the G League, Venezuela, Scotland, Kosovo, and Mexico. He most recently played for the Suke Lions in China during the 2025-26 season.
As part of the best-of-three series, both teams will have a chance to host at least one home game. The first game of the series will take place at Memorial Coliseum in Lexington Saturday, July 18, at 12 pm ET, and will be televised live on FOX. Game two will be played at Freedom Hall in Louisville on Monday, July 20, at 7 pm ET, and will be televised live on FS1.
The host location for game three will be determined by which host site sells the most tickets in 24 hours. Game three (if necessary) will be played Wednesday, July 22 at 6 pm ET on FS1.
