You might not think this has anything to do with Kentucky, but it could.
Jerry Meyer of Rivals.com is reporting that Kyle Anderson, a top 2012 recruit from St. Anthony’s, has picked UCLA to play college basketball.
Seton Hall was the runner up in the Anderson sweepstakes.
The big question now is if this decision affects Shabazz Muhammad’s decision.
It has been considered a possibility that Muhammad would like to play with Anderson in college, and with UCLA on Shabazz’a list, well you do the math.
This doesn’t mean it will happen, but UCLA definitely has a stronger dog in the fight now.
Note:Kyle Anderson has tweeted that he hasn’t made a decision yet, but he announces tomorrow so it is a good bet Meyer’s report is true.
