Kentucky cruised to a 45-13 win over Youngstown State in the first game of the Will Stein era in Lexington on Saturday.
New quarterback Kenny Minchey finished 18-for-27 for 301 yards and 4 touchdowns in the win.
Jason Patterson led the ground attack with 11 carries for 79 yards. CJ Baxter rushed 9 times for 49 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Mikkel Skinner, Willie Rodriguez, Kenny Darby and Prince Jean all had receiving touchdowns for the Cats.
