Healthy Kentucky Looks Dangerous in Win Over St. John’s

Kentucky unveiled Jayden Quaintance and a somewhat healthy Jaland Lowe in Catlanta, and it was quickly clear that they Cats have a different ceiling with a complete roster.

Lowe and Quaintance, along with a team-high 20 points from Otega Oweh, led the Wildcats (8-4) to a 78-66 comeback win over Rick Pitino and St. John’s.

Lowe finished with 13 points and 3 assists in just 15 minutes following a first-half injury scare. Kam Williams added 11 points. Quaintance finished with 10 points and 8 rebounds.

The Cats have one game against Bellarmine (Dec. 23) remaining on the 2025 portion of the schedule, then it’s one to a road trip at Alabama on January 3.
