Over at CoachCal.com, el presidente himself posted what he believes are the 5 keys to cultivating a ‘culture for success’ on this or any team. This seems very timely given the recent questions surrounding the team’s chemistry.
Cal’s 5 points are:
1. Players First
2. Unbreakable Work Ethic
3. Burning Desire to Win
4. Devour Practice
5. Love Team Before Self

Perhaps I’m reading into this a bit, and perhaps we are all letting the snowball crash down the hill as we discuss the team’s current climate and the way certain players have been performing (or not) and what that all means.
