Here is a release from UK Athletics:

LEXINGTON, Ky. – La Familia, the Kentucky alumni team, today announced that Andrew Harrison and Kahlil Whitney will return to the team this summer for their best-of-three series against The Ville (Louisville alumni).

Harrison and Whitney join Willie Cauley-Stein, Reid Travis, and Archie Goodwin as the team’s first five commitments. Additional players will be announced in the coming weeks. This summer’s tournament will be the third time Harrison has suited up for the Kentucky alumni team, and the second time for Whitney.

Harrison spent two seasons at Kentucky from 2013-2015, being a key contributor to both teams alongside his twin, Aaron. The high school McDonald’s All-American averaged 10.1 points per game and 3.8 assists per game, starting all but one game during those two seasons. During the historic 2014-2015 season with a record of 38-1, Harrison was named to the Midwest NCAA Region All-Tournament Team and became Kentucky’s all-time leader in assists through the first two years of his career.

After his sophomore season, Harrison was selected with the 44th overall in the second round of the 2015 NBA Draft by the Phoenix Suns. He most recently played in Germany for SYNTAINICS MBC Weissenfels during the 2025-26 season.

A mainstay in the La Familia lineup the past two summers, Harrison averaged 8.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists per game during the 2025 tournament.

After spending one season at Kentucky in 2019-20, Whitney embarked on a pro career in the G League and international basketball. He most recently played in China for the Suke Lions during the 2025-26 season.

Whitney returned to Lexington last summer and played a large role for La Familia. Whitney was the team’s second-leading scorer, averaging 14 points across three games.

As part of the best-of-three series, both teams will have a chance to host at least one home game. The first game of the series will take place at Memorial Coliseum in Lexington Saturday, July 18, at 12 pm ET, and will be televised live on FOX. Game two will be played at Freedom Hall in Louisville on Monday, July 20, at 7 pm ET, and will be televised live on FS1.

The host location for game three will be determined by which host site sells the most tickets in 24 hours. Game three (if necessary) will be played Wednesday, July 22 at 6 pm ET on FS1.

Tickets are available now at TBTHoops.com.
