Former Xavier standout Dez Wells, who was recently expelled from Xavier University, is taking visits and he is in Lexington this evening and on Kentucky’s campus.
Dez Wells is at Kentucky now, leaving there FRI going to Memphis then MD in a row. Decision likely Monday. U of L no scholarships.

UK has big trump card to play: J-Wall. He and Dez are tight, played at same HS. Worked out well for John.

Dez Wells and Kentucky is fresh. Talks began this morning. Things are moving quickly. Be interesting to see if he gets off campus.

You can make your own decision if you think Kentucky should recruit Wells or not, but I am wondering if the NCAA will give him a hardship waiver to play this year or not.
From reading the Yahoo article linked above, it sounds like Xavier jumped the gun expelling Wells.
