Former Kentucky point guard Kerr Kriisa is returning to Lexington as a member of the La Familia alumni team for The Basketball Tournament.
Kriisa played one season for the Wildcats before finishing up his college career at Cincinnati.
The La Familia roster currently consists of Kriisa, Andrew Harrison, Kahlil Whitney, Willie Cauley-Stein, Reid Travis and Archie Goodwin. More players will be added soon.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (June 30, 2026) – La Familia, the Kentucky alumni team, today announced that Kerr Kriisa will join the team this summer for their best-of-three series against The Ville (Louisville alumni).
Kriisa joins Andrew Harrison, Kahlil Whitney, Willie Cauley-Stein, Reid Travis, and Archie Goodwin as the team’s first six commitments. Additional players will be announced in the coming weeks.
Kriisa will make his TBT debut this summer after completing a six-year college career. Kriisa spent three seasons at the University of Arizona and one season at West Virginia before transferring to Kentucky. He appeared in nine games for the Wildcats before suffering a season-ending injury. Kriisa spent his last season in college at the University of Cincinnati.
Following TBT, Kriisa will begin his professional career in Estonia.
As part of the best-of-three series, both teams will have a chance to host at least one home game. The first game of the series will take place at Memorial Coliseum in Lexington Saturday, July 18, at 12 pm ET, and will be televised live on FOX. Game two will be played at Freedom Hall in Louisville on Monday, July 20, at 7 pm ET, and will be televised live on FS1.
The host location for game three will be determined by which host site sells the most tickets in 24 hours. Game three (if necessary) will be played Wednesday, July 22 at 6 pm ET on FS1.
