Three-star wide receiver T.V. Williams announced tonight that he will play his college football for the University of Kentucky.

Williams chose Kentucky over Nebraska, Houston, Iowa, and Oregon State.
Williams who participated at “The Opening” last weekend had a chance to play with Drew Barker while in Oregon. I would think Barker was in his ear pretty often about committing to Kentucky.
Williams is Kentucky’s 19th known commitment. Kentucky is currently ranked 5th in the latest recruiting rankings, with Williams commitment the Wildcats should move up in the next rankings.
Tommy Mainord was the lead recruiter for Williams.
