With no surprise to many, the Kentucky Wildcats have picked up another Top 5 position in a preseason poll.
The Wildcats, who I think deserve to be higher, were voted into the #4 preseason position, behind #1 Duke, #2 Kansas and #3 Villanova.
This is John Calipari’s seventh Top 5 team since arriving in Lexington 8 years ago. The past three season, the Wildcats have been the preseason #1 in this poll. They have some work to do, but they’ll undoubtedly reach the #1 spot once the season begins.
