Western Kentucky ran an absolutely fascinating trick play late in the first half of the Boca Raton Bowl last night.
It appeared the Hilltoppers were going to be conservative and simply take knees to end the half. Then…they did this:
Had the runner waited on his blockers, they might have scored a touchdown.
The Hilltoppers went on to beat Memphis 51-31 and finish the season with an 11-3 record.
