I just caught this exchange on twitter between Julius Randle and John Calipari discussing a Jumpman video about Michael Jordan talking about competition.
Randle noticed the death stare Jordan gave Cal toward the end of the video at the 1:45 mark.
It was a cold stare for sure.
Coach the look mike was giving you in this video lol 😂😂😂@UKCoachCalipari https://t.co/HDaC5YvUQZ

Cal replied this morning and basically said he didn’t want anything to do with Jordan at that moment.
That was in the playoffs. Notice I didn’t respond. He could have grabbed me and I would have said, “Excuse me.” 😂 https://t.co/KYLOdzzP2d

The Nets lost to the Bulls 3-0 in the 1st round of the Eastern Conference Playoffs in 1998.
I wonder what Cal was saying that got Jordan into that trance?
