Kentucky.com has obtained video footage of the bar fight in Richmond involving EKU and UK football players that occurred earlier this year.

RICHMOND — Eastern Kentucky University football player Colton Scurry threw the first punch during a Jan. 25 bar fight with three University of Kentucky football players, according to an investigative report released Tuesday by Richmond police.
A bar video “made it apparent … that Mr. Scurry was the primary aggressor in the altercation,” the police report says. “He entered into a crowd willingly (without any physical altercation) and threw a punch at an unidentified male.”
A Madison County grand jury declined last week to indict Scurry or the UK players — quarterback Drew Barker, wide receiver Dorian Baker and defensive tackle Tymere Dubose — who were involved in the fight at Jerzee’s Cocktail Lounge & Dance Club. Scurry, 20, an EKU offensive lineman, suffered a broken nose and other facial fractures.
