North Laurel star Reed Sheppard was named 2023 Mr. Basketball tonight.
During his senior season, Sheppard averaged 22.5 points, 8.4 rebounds and 8.5 assists per game. He also led North Laurel to the 13th Region championship.
Sheppard will continue his basketball career at the University of Kentucky next season.
