COVID-19 continues to wreak havoc on college football bowl games with the San Diego County Credit Union Holiday Bowl being the latest canceled game.
Just hours prior to kickoff, UCLA announced that they were unable to compete in the game due to COVID-19 issues.

Unfortunately, there’s no possible way to find a replacement team on the same day of the game so North Carolina State was essentially left hanging.

The Holiday Bowl is the fifth bowl game to be canceled so far (others are Fenway, Arizona, Hawaii and Military).
