Tyler Ulis has committed to the University of Kentucky.
Ulis is the second commitment to the 2014 class, joining Karl Towns Jr.
The 5’9″ guard from Chicago is considered a 4 star point guard and could help getting commitment from top shooting guard Devin Booker, who has spoke about playing with Ulis in college.
