Tyler Roberson has written his own article for Zagsblog.com and has announced his top 6.
Today was the last day of my home visits. I was originally going to cut my list to five schools but decided to keep six.
The six schools that I have decided to keep are Kansas, SMU, Kentucky, Rutgers, Syracuse and Villanova.
Roberson also broke down each school and said why they made his top 6:
Kentucky: I learned a lot about Kentucky’s program when I talked to Coach Calipari (Head Coach) and Coach Antigua (Assistant Coach) which is one of the reasons I have decided to take a visit. I am looking forward to the visit and seeing the school and talking to the coaches.
Roberson said he will be taking official visits to every school listed except Rutgers. Roberson lives in New Jersey and lives close enough to the school to make an unofficial visit.
The 2013 recruit recently gained an offer from John Calipari, which I am sure played a part in Kentucky making the 6’8″ power forward from Roselle Catholic’s list.
