Here is some more information from the Baltimore Sun:
Quickley, a five-star point guard in the Class of 2018, is expected to choose between Kentucky, Kansas and Miami at 6 p.m. The Wildcats have long been considered the favorite to land Quickley, who played for coach John Calipari this summer on the United States’ FIBA Under-19 World Cup team.
The 6-foot-3, 175-pound Quickley is rated the No. 13 overall senior and No. 2 point guard in the 247Sports.com Composite rankings. The All-Metro Player of the Year as a sophomore, he averaged 23.7 points and 7.2 assists per game last season for the Patriots.
The announcement will cap an unusually publicized recruitment. On Thursday, Uninterrupted, a digital-media company founded by LeBron James and CEO Maverick Carter, published an eight-minute documentary-style video on Quickley’s life.
Kentucky has long been the heavy favorite for Quickley.
