It really bothers me that the National Media can’t understand how good this Kentucky team really is.
The latest possibility of a SEC team beating the Wildcats was a classic example of building up a team all week, who happened to be the #16 team in the AP poll, as a team that could beat Kentucky.
Arkansas is by far the second best team in the SEC and has had a great season so far.
They definitely weren’t good enough to beat Kentucky though.
But who is?
Jeff Goodman of ESPN rubbed me the wrong way today, and even though he tried to say Kentucky is really good, also conveyed that the Razorbacks weren’t really that good to begin with.
This is not meant at disrespect to Kentucky, but I do not feel Arkansas is a Top 25 team. Cats playing great, but not sold on Razorbacks.

I think the pay wall has went to his head.
I know he riles people up on purpose from time to time, especially the BBN, but why try and insult everyone’s intelligence?
I usually don’t take offense to off hand remarks about Kentucky, but this had me tweeting.
I love how the national media tried to drum up thoughts that Arkansas could possibly beat Kentucky today.

Then they destroyed the Razorbacks by saying they weren't really a top 25 team. C'mon now. Kentucky makes a lot of teams look pretty bad.

The BBN threw in their opinion as well:
@SAndersonNOB pretty much the story line here on out is how will (State Your School) beat Kentucky to end their perfect season. Every Game

@SAndersonNOB and then afterwards several I saw said Ark isn't actually a top 25 team and are overrated. Looking at you Goodman.

I'm with @sandersonnob on some national media; Arkansas is great until UK beats them like a drum; then they aren't really a top 25 team #smh
— Anthony Wireman (@awireman) March 1, 2015
@awireman @SAndersonNOB UCLA went from a team we should be worried about to a team who doesn't belong in D-1 to Bubble Team
— Plain Ole Glenn (@lil_donnie_t) March 1, 2015
@awireman @SAndersonNOB Kansas is strangely a #1 RPI school, because apparently the Kentucky game never counted
— Plain Ole Glenn (@lil_donnie_t) March 1, 2015
@awireman @SAndersonNOB but North Carolina and Oklahoma have 9 losses and are "sleepers". Lol
— Mark Collier (@mark_collier22) March 1, 2015
@awireman @SAndersonNOB wish Goodman would go away. It's obvious he's biased against Cal/UK. Worst of all is he denies it, can't stand him.

What is your opinion of this attitude towards Kentucky?
Will they only get credit if they go 40-0?
