The field is set for the College Football Playoff.
As expected, the Southeastern Conference got both Alabama and Georgia in the field following the Crimson Tide’s win over the Bulldogs in the SEC Championship game.

Alabama (12-1) is the top seed and they will face No. 4 Cincinnati (13-0) in the Cotton Bowl.
Georgia (12-1) is the No. 3 seed and the Bulldogs will battle No. 2 Michigan (12-1) in the other semifinal that will be played in the Orange Bowl.
