John Calipari has announced that the entire University of Kentucky team will declare for the 2016 NBA Draft.

The new rule states they can submit their name a total of three times. If they choose to withdraw, they have until 10 days after the combine

Calipari went on to explain that kids who are not invited to the combine will know what to do and vice versa.
Also note that Tai Wynyard and Isaac Humphries are both too young to officially enter the Draft.
