The Commonwealth Stadium Concert Series is continuing this week as former Kentucky Basketball player Bobby Perry and his band will be a part of pregame festivities before the Missouri game this Saturday.

LEXINGTON, Ky. – For the third time in as many home games, UK Athletics will host a pregame concert before Kentucky football takes on Missouri on Saturday. The concert will feature the Bobby Perry Band.
The concert will be held next to the Glenn Infiniti of Lexington Green Lot adjacent to Gate 1 of The New Commonwealth Stadium. The Bobby Perry Band will play starting at 3 p.m. before breaking for the Cat Walk at 5:15 p.m. and playing an encore afterward.
Based in Lexington, the Bobby Perry Band is comprised of five Kentucky natives and former Wildcat basketball player Bobby Perry. Perry was a forward on the men’s basketball team from 2004-2007 and now plays piano for the country band. The Bobby Perry Band just released its first album, Just A Song Away. The album is available on iTunes.
Here is the band playing a song, that if the Wildcats win or lose on Saturday night, will be true for a lot of people.
