Things are really not going well for Louisville and it looks like it’s going to get worse before it gets better.
The Cardinals (0-5) were absolutely embarrassed by Texas Tech in the Maui Invitational this afternoon. The final score was 70-38 and the game was nowhere near as close as the score indicates. At one point, Tech led 58-20.
Kenny Payne will get things headed in the right direction once he gets some players in place, but this season could potentially be epically bad.
Through five games, Louisville has 90 turnovers against 36 assists. https://t.co/HF62GMcpqQ

If Texas Tech sat out the first half, they’d still be winning 24-20

Louisville with 13 points at halftime en route to 0-5.
Cardinals get loser Ohio State/Cincinnati next in Maui last-place game.
Then Maryland and Miami at home, Florida State on road and Western Kentucky at Yum! Center.
Could legitimately start the season 0-10.
