Texas athletic director Chris Del Donte shot down loud rumors about John Calipari this afternoon.
“That’s news to me,” Del Conte said when asked about rumors that Texas has reach out to Calipari about the Longhorns’ head coaching job. “We’ve been focused on supporting Rodney Terry and our athletes. I have not had any discussions with anybody. That’s way too premature, just Internet fodder.

John Calipari shared a similar response on his weekly radio show this evening, saying he hasn’t talked to anyone.
