According to reports out of South Carolina, quarterback Jake Bentley has a broken bone in his foot.
One source is saying Bentley will miss at least 6 weeks due to the injury.
Breaking: Ryan Hilinski has been informed from the USC coaching staff that he will start this week at QB for the Gamecocks and moving forward, per source. One source told me Bentley is expected to be out at least 6 weeks with a broken foot but it could be longer. @wachfox

South Carolina and Kentucky are scheduled to play on September 28 in Columbia.
The Gamecocks led for three quarters against North Carolina Saturday, only to lose 24-20 after the Tar Heels scored 15 in the final quarter.
Freshman Ryan Hilinski is expected to start while Bentley is out.
