If you read the post earlier, you know that the 24/7 Crystal Ball Predictions had Kentucky as a huge favorite for top 2014 point guard Emmanuel Mudiay.
That has changed extremely fast.
Kentucky was a 81% favorite earlier today and now is only a 56% favorite, with SMU jumping to 44% from 18%.
The change began quickly after Scout.com’s Evan Daniels tweeted out he would not be surprised at all if Mudiay picked SMU:
I think Mudiay could surprise some folks tomorrow. Wouldn't surprise me to see him stay close to home. SMU in backyard.

Put it this way: Mudiay was supposed to go to UK in Oct. Has been to SMU @ least 5 times. UK recently offered another Ulis. Adding things up

Everyone is following suit with Mudiay to SMU:
Always hard to go against Cal and UK in recruiting, but I am picking SMU to land arguably the No. 1 player in country — Emmanuel Mudiay.

I Interviewed Emmanuel Mudiay yesterday at Elite 24 and he is very high on SMU coach Larry Brown. Wouldn't shock me if he went there.

There is a reason Kentucky offered Tyler Ulis. Uncertainty bout Emmanuel Mudiay & prefer him over Josh Perkins.

A lot of signs pointing to Emmanuel Mudiay picking SMU tomorrow.

Looks like Kentucky fans will be an underdog tomorrow rooting for Mudiay to Kentucky.
