For the second game in a row, Kentucky managed to earn an SEC win without two starters and no true point guards on the roster.
The No. 6 Wildcats (23-5, 12-3 SEC) held off a late LSU surge to earn a 71-66 victory over the Tigers.
Oscar Tshiebwe led the way for Kentucky with 17 points and 16 rebounds. Kellan Grady, Davion Mintz and Bryce Hopkins chipped in 13 points each.
