Sean Woods has been named Preseason SWAC Coach of the Year by Major Madness.
Woods led Southern to a 17-15 season that finished with a 14-2 run heading into conference tournament time. Of course, the tournament was shut down by COVID-19 and the team was unable to make a run in March.
