Franklin County wide receiver Ryan Timmons will make his college announcement today at 1pm at the high school.
Timmons is ranked as the 4th beat prospect in the state of Kentucky and had 1,306 yards rushing and 1,004 yards receiving in his senior season.
The 5’11” receiver will be reportedly deciding between Kentucky and Florida.
