Rutgers was trailing Indiana 37-21 and facing a 4th and 32 with 2:05 to play this evening.
The Scarlet Knights then threw a short pass and successfully converted 8 laterals to score a touchdown and amazingly cover the Vegas spread.
UPDATE: after a review, officials determined that one of the laterals was an illegal forward pass and play was overturned. As a result, Indiana won the game 37-21 and covered the spread.
This is still (almost) an incredible play:
The touchdown ended up not counting after one of the laterals was judged as an illegal forward pass.
