Robert Carter was rumored to had been the first Kentucky commit back in the summer(Bob Gibbons), but that is kind of hard when you never get an offer.
He did get an offer from Georgia Tech and he announced that he would be a YellowJacket.
Carter picked the ACC school over Florida State and Georgia.
