2012’s Robert Carter cuts his list to UK, Florida, Florida St, Georgia, Ga Tech, Maryland and Rhode Island, according to Scout.
It remains to be seen if Kentucky has offered Carter, but Cal will definitely make kids wait on it, no matter how many stars they have next to their name.
