Former Kentucky star Rhyne Howard suffered what appeared to be an ankle injury during a game Wednesday night.
The team officially called it a lower leg injury and ruled Howard out for tonight’s game against the Fever.
Howard’s status with USA Basketball’s 3-on-3 team is in question with the 2024 Olympic Games just five weeks away. The 3-on-3 team already lost rookie Cameron Brink to a torn ACL.
