Rex Chapman not only had a gambling problem, but he also has a substance abuse problem.

Former University of Kentucky and NBA basketball player Rex Chapman began a 28-day substance-abuse treatment program at The Brook Hospital in Louisville on Monday, a source with knowledge of the situation said.
Chapman, who will be 47 Sunday, is determined to break a reliance on suboxone, a medication prescribed to help patients stop using opioid-based pain medication.
