According to Matt Norlander of CBS Sports, there is a “0 percent chance” Dan Hurley will leave UConn for Kentucky.
Norlander’s source told him, “they could offer $20 million a year and he wouldn’t go.”
It sounds like the Kentucky search will now move in a different direction, possibly Billy Donovan or a few names that were further down the list.
Said one source on Hurley to Kentucky: “They could offer $20 million a year and he wouldn’t go.”
Hurley, the national coach of the year, has the perfect job for him, has the top staff in the country and is running the best program in the sport.
Always seemed far-fetched as is.
