According to a reporty by Steve Wiltfong of 247 Sports, Kentucky defensive lineman Justin Rogers has filed paperwork to enter the NCAA Transfer Portal.
Rogers, a 5-star recruit, has 60 tackles in three seasons with the Wildcats.
