According to Marc Stein of the New York Times, former Kentucky guard De’Aaron Fox is fighting for the final spot on the Team USA roster for the upcoming FIBA World Cup.
Stein says Fox is battling Harrison Barnes for the final spot on the 12-man roster.
Additionally, Marvin Bagley, who replaced Bam Adebayo on the team, decided to quit and focus on the NBA regular season:

Kyle Lowry has pulled his name out of contention for a roster spot, which would seem to bode well for Fox.
