Anthony Wireman of Allkyhoops.com is reporting that Ballard transfer Malik Dow has been ruled ineligible at Mercer County by the KHSAA.
I am told by a source that Ballard transfer Malik Dow has been ruled ineligible by the KHSAA to play this coming season at Mercer County High School.
The source adds that Mercer County has appealed the decision and there will be a hearing in several weeks.
