The Nike Elite Youth Basketball League made a stop in Lexington over the weekend. Session 2 was held at the Kentucky Basketball Academy. The sold-out event showcased elite high school basketball talent from around the country, including some top UK recruits. The event drew some of the biggest names in coaching including John Calipari, Roy Williams, Bill Self and Tom Izzo.
Top Kentucky targets Harry Giles, Malik Monk, Jayson Tatum and Udoka Azubuike turned in huge performances throughout the weekend.
EYBL Kentucky had a noticeable UK flavor with current and former Wildcats showing up to watch games and catch up with their former AAU teams.
