Eric Bledsoe, Terrence Jones and Nerlens Noel were back in town to host a three-day youth basketball camp held at Lexington Christian Academy.
The players did a great job interacting with the campers, fielding questions and signing autographs at the end of every session. Jones was particularly impressive with the kids. He was very involved and even FaceTimed fellow Houston teammate James Harden so he could say hello to some lucky kids. Former Wildcat and Trinity Assistant Coach Perry Stevenson was on hand to give instruction at the camp and always does a fantastic job. It is nice seeing these guys return to give back to the community and inspire young fans.
This week camp moves to Maysville and features Darius Miller and Chris Lofton followed by Louisville with DeMarcus Cousins, Darius Miller and John Wall. Check out millerloftoncamp.com and thecampone.com for more info.
