Patrick Beverley of the Clippers was all over Lonzo Ball in his rookie debut with the Lakers Thursday night.
Beverley welcomed Ball to the league early in the game and didn’t let up:

Patrick Beverley taking the Lonzo assignment as a challenge is the least shocking thing ever. Dude is gonna follow Lonzo to the bathroom.

In 29 minutes, Ball was just 1-6 from the field for 3 points. He did manage to pull down 9 rebounds and dish out 4 assists.
Just imagine what John Wall is going to do to the rookie in a few days.
