NOB Quick HItters: This is Why You Don’t Run on the Field at the All-Star Game

The news today was overwhelmed by SEC Media Days, but there was still some other action going on around the world of sports.

But, we begin with the baddest player in the country.

South Carolina’s Jadeveon Clowney knows that quarterbacks are scared when they get under center. Do you blame them? Clowney runs a 4.4 and he is 6’6″ and close to 250lbs.

Knott County’s Camron Justice got a call from Louisville’s Rick Pitino the other day and said he couldn’t pass up on a kid with the shooting ability of Justice. Camron is a 2015 recruit and is a name to keep an eye on over the next couple of years.

Taylor County’s Quentin Goodin is one of the top players in the state and is only a sophomore and he talks about how his summer is going and his recruitment. Look for this name to come up in Kentucky recruiting talk before it is said and done.

The Cincinnati Bengals extended defensive end Carlos Dunlap’s contract and kept a big piece of the defense in the Queen City. You might not be a Bengals fan, but I am, so it is pretty relevant.

This is a good reason not to run on the field during any game, but definitely not the All Star game.

Especially in New York.
