Many UK fans are writing this game off. If you use any logic at all, it’s hard to think UK has a legitimate chance.
On the other hand, maybe fans should stop listening to other fans and start listening to the respect that Coach Stoops is gaining from other SEC Coaches.
Last week against South Carolina, Coach Steve Spurrier commented that UK is better than people give them credit. He then mentioned that USC made them look like the Green Bay Packers (you take what you can get with Spurrier). This week, Nick Saban spoke to UK’s improvement throughout the season and says Kentucky is better than their record.
Will this change the outcome of today’s game? Probably not, but don’t give up on UK Football just yet. I know Big Blue Madness is next week, but this team is improving dramatically each week and fan support can make all the difference heading into the back half of the season.
