The Nebraska volleyball team shattered the women’s sports attendance record last night as 92,003 fans filled Memorial Stadium to watch them beat Omaha 3-0.
The event was titled “Volleyball Day in Nebraska” and it broke the previous world record for women’s sports attendance, which was 91,648. The previous record was established April 22, 2022, in Barcelona, Spain, for a Champions League match between FC Barcelona and Wolfsburg.
